Ogrish.in forum rules and regulations:

1. This site is for adults. Minors (under 18 that is) are not allowed.

2. Spamming & flooding is forbidden

Spam:
Topics/posts with the purpose to promote other sites or products. Topics/posts like these will be removed. Repeatedly posting of such topics/posts will result in an immediate ban.
Flooding:
Repeatedly posting with the purpose to destroy or hijack a topic. Continuously repeated topics about the same subject, will be seen as flooding.

3. Posts of bestiality such as; links, pictures and videos are strictly forbidden.

4. Posts that contain pictures and videos of animal abuse with the purpose to entertain, will be removed. Producing such pictures and videos and the posting of it will result in an immediate ban. Your personal information will be forwarded to the proper authorities.

5. It is strictly forbidden to post links, pictures, text, videos, drawings, cartoons, jokes or anything that has do or looks like pedophilia. It also is strictly forbidden to request this. Posts containing pedophilia or child porn will result in an immediate ban. Also will we send your information to the proper authorities.
Threats towards other members their children or pedophilic innuendos are also forbidden. Pedophilic innuendos towards other members are also forbidden. We take this rule very seriously and violating it, will most likely result in a ban. Your IP and Isp information will be most likely send to the proper authorities where they belong.

6. All posts must be in English.

7. Posts of others or their personal information without their approval are forbidden. This means; private information such as: phone numbers, address, place of residence, private conversations, MSN or any other kind of IM conversations, E-mails, pictures or any other sort of personal conversation.
Posting pictures that have not been made public and without permission are forbidden. This rule is not valid if you post a picture of a member that has been posted elsewhere already because the owner has given his/her permission by posting the original.

8. No flames, hate or racism in users profile. Including: avatars, signatures, user names, and all other information in the user profile page.

9. Topics have to be posted at the correct boards. Continuously posting at the "wrong" boards will result in a warning even if it's meant as joke. It wont be appreciated.

10. Since management wont be able to check the site, links/videos 24 hours per day we use the so called 'Notice and take down' policy. If you see something that is not allowed or forbidden, please report the post or send a personal message to one of the admins. We will take every report serious!

11. Signatures are allowed as long as they apply to the following rules:
a) 5 sentences or less on a screen resolution of 1024 by 768.
b) No links. Links to pages within Ogrish.in are an exception, these are allowed.
c) No flames, hate or racism.
d) Maximum font size is 16.
e) Images/pictures or other graphic expressions are not allowed.

12. Keep your posts on-topic. Users who continuously go off-topic can expect a warning.

13. Racism and hateful topics are forbidden. Comments that are meant to discriminate are also forbidden.

14. Flaming.

Flaming is only permitted in the pisshole! All flames that occur outside this section will be removed. A few restrictions for the pisshole: Death wishes, repeated instances of excessive usage of language that is not within the spirit of ogrish.in and racist comments towards members are not allowed. A good flame or sharp comment can be fun and we all can laugh about it. Keep in mind that it's not meant to follow another user around the board just to flame him/her.

15. Secondaries and alt nicks.

Active secondaries/alt nicks are forbidden. Choose one and let the (in case you have more than one) other one die. If you keep using two or more accounts, we will ice them for you! The costs? You will receive a warning! It also is forbidden to use any secondaries/alt nicks after you got iced or banned. Those accounts will also be removed from the board when found.

Bans and warnings:

First warning: Notification through PM and no further actions.
Second warning: Notification through PM and a 24 hour ban.
Third and final warning: Notification through PM and a 3 day ban.
Fourth warning: Notification not needed, you will be permabanned.

Breaking serious rules may result in an immediate ban. This means you cannot come back under a different "user name". If found out that account will also be deleted.

Good behavior and control can be rewarded. If you have been behaving over 6 months while you had your third and final warning and you have been behaving nicely during that period of time, then you can notify this to one of the admins. You will be set back at your first warning.


ICED

Beside the ban system there is a system in place we call ICED. When you break the rules you can be put on ICE to cool off. The duration of your ICE sanction is up to the staff. Good behavior in the cave can result in a second chance. Be careful with your chances, the leash will get shorter every time!
